Broken appointments and late fees:

Patients arriving late may or may not be seen at the dentist's discretion.
Appointments cancelled or not attended without a 24hr warning will be subject to a broken appointment fee of £20.
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please phone the practice on 01236 822114

Dental care:

If you are a new patient, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to this practice. It is our practice philosophy to promote dental health at all      times; therefore we recommend regular dental checkups. All NHS checkups are free.

It is our policy for each patient to see one dentist on a continuing basis. If, for any reason, this is not possible suitable arrangements will be made for you to see another dentist within the practice.

Denture repairs:
We have a laboratory on the premises which allows for a speedy and efficient denture repair service, usually within the same day.

Children are always welcome however young they are. We aim to prevent dental disease rather that treat it at a later date. A range of oral hygiene products are available at reception. We have been involved in the childsmile program since it began in 2006. This is a fantastic way to introduce young children to dentistry.
We have four oral health educators on staff, able and willing to devote time to the children and their families in a non clinical environment.

Cosmetic Dentistry:

We are able to provide treatment not available on the NHS such as tooth whitening, white fillings and metal free crowns. Should you consider such an option, please feel free to discuss it with your dentist, or reception staff
